2. Cancellation of Reservations
Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night's stay will apply.

If the reservation was canceled within the allowed time, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the reservation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the permitted timeframe or if the rate is non-refundable.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), a credit for future bookings may be offered instead of a refund.
6. Early Departure Policy
If a guest decides to check out before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued for unused nights. In exceptional cases, a credit may be offered for a future stay at MarJor Suites, subject to approval.
7. Cancellations by the Hotel
In the event of extraordinary circumstances that prevent accommodation (unforeseen maintenance, emergencies), MarJor Suites undertakes to notify guests in advance and offer a rescheduling of the stay or a full refund.
